Hey, I’m Lee.
I care deeply about relationships, growth and creating a life with margin for the things that matter.
My work moves between abstracts, landscapes and still lifes, using acrylic, watercolor, charcoal and mixed media. I’m drawn to ordinary things that become more interesting when you slow down long enough to notice them.
Outside the studio, I enjoy time with family and friends, traveling, staying active and interesting conversations with interesting people. I tend to think deeply about most things, but painting is one of the few places where I can stop trying to figure everything out (kind of).
I usually begin with a vinyl record spinning and a loose idea of where I’m headed. Painting gives me permission to follow my curiosity, change direction and create.
